You can set free parking time for customers – they take a free ticket with no account needed.
The rates and the length of the free time are yours to set, and you change them whenever you like.
Checks are carried out by you, your staff and our inspectors.

Will the app issue a receipt?

Yes. On the owner’s behalf ParkApp issues the parker a confirmation of the transaction, and where it is needed it also issues a VAT invoice in its own name.

The parker can also set up monthly invoicing, so that they do not have to hand their accountant a confirmation for every single day’s parking.

In that case ParkApp acts as the intermediary in the transaction between the owner and the parker.

Do I need to have a business?

No, you do not need to have a business.

ParkApp is a complete system that lets you settle it in line with the applicable regulations, effortlessly. Even if you have neither a company nor an accountant.

How does legal support work?

ParkApp supplies the full set of documents required to provide the service, provides legal support, and takes over entirely the process of tracing drivers who have not paid for their parking and of recovering what they owe. All of this is done at ParkApp’s expense — you are asked only to cover the 30.50 zł official fee (a query to the Central Register of Vehicles and Drivers).

Is the app free?

Yes, using the app is entirely free. We charge no subscription fees.

Parking itself is of course paid for! We take a commission of 15% net (18.23% gross) on the fees collected. That commission covers every cost of running the system, the cost of legal support and the cost of operating the electronic payment system.

Printed materials produced by us are also chargeable, though you are free to prepare them yourself using the templates, codes and other brand assets we make available at no cost.
