How it works

You add the company car park, put up the sign and the car park works.
During working hours the spaces are reserved for your team.
In the evenings, overnight and at weekends the car park earns from other drivers.
You sell day, night and weekend packages at your own price.
Payments, taxes and claims are ParkApp's side of the deal.

What you earn from

From local residents looking for somewhere to park overnight.
From customers and visitors of nearby places at weekends.
From employees' spaces while they are on holiday or working from home.
From extra charges paid by drivers who parked without paying.

How much could you earn?It is easy to work out

Enter a few basics — how many spaces you have and what you would charge by the hour — and our calculator will estimate what they could bring in.

Frequently asked questions

Will the app issue a receipt?

Yes. On the owner’s behalf ParkApp issues the parker a confirmation of the transaction, and where it is needed it also issues a VAT invoice in its own name.

The parker can also set up monthly invoicing, so that they do not have to hand their accountant a confirmation for every single day’s parking.

In that case ParkApp acts as the intermediary in the transaction between the owner and the parker.

Do I need to have a business?

No, you do not need to have a business.

ParkApp is a complete system that lets you settle it in line with the applicable regulations, effortlessly. Even if you have neither a company nor an accountant.

How does legal support work?

ParkApp supplies the full set of documents required to provide the service, provides legal support, and takes over entirely the process of tracing drivers who have not paid for their parking and of recovering what they owe. All of this is done at ParkApp’s expense — you are asked only to cover the 30.50 zł official fee (a query to the Central Register of Vehicles and Drivers).

Is the app free?

Yes, using the app is entirely free. We charge no subscription fees.

Parking itself is of course paid for! We take a commission of 15% of the net amount of the fees collected. That commission covers every cost of running the system, the cost of legal support and the cost of operating the electronic payment system.

Printed materials produced by us are also chargeable, though you are free to prepare them yourself using the templates, codes and other brand assets we make available at no cost.

What payment methods are available?

With ParkApp you can pay quickly and easily by card, by phone, by instant bank transfer or with BLIK.

ParkApp supports all the most popular payment methods, through the Paynow service.

A company or the building owner

Has a dashboard. Sets the availability hours, the packages and the price list. The car park is open to employees exactly when it is needed – and earns the rest of the time.

The regular renter

Buys a package – daily, weekend or overnight – at your price. Comes back regularly. Your parking space earns a steady income.

Employees, customers, residents

Anyone who needs a space nearby – scans the QR code, pays online and parks. No involvement from you, no conversations, no keys. All you see is the balance growing.

A gate remote in your phone

ParkApp connects your existing barrier to the app, turning a phone into a universal entry key. The app verifies the payment in real time and opens the gate or barrier only for authorised drivers – with no involvement from you.
