Filter car parks and spaces by features
A whole car park or selected spaces can be marked as covered, guarded, gated, 24h, for disabled drivers, XXL, LPG, with an EV charger (AC and DC up to 400 kW+), or for trucks up to 7 t / 12 t / trailers. Each space can also have its own non-standard dimensions.

Car parks with marked spaces can take bookings for future dates.
Price known up front
You see the price before you pay, with no surprises.
The lowest possible price
If a car park offers, say, a 4-hour package and you park for 5 hours, the price is made up of the 4-hour package plus one extra hour.
Park without an account
You do not need an account to use car parks. Create one if you want the extra features.
Automatic choice of space
Scan the QR code of a particular space and you park in that very space. If not, the system suggests the best space for you. In car parks without marked spaces (an open lot) you can park wherever you like.
Extend your stay from your phone
Pay for extra time without going back to the car — whether you have an account or not.
Online payments
Paynow, BLIK (including BLIK without a code), bank card. Payment from the e-wallet is coming soon.

Top up your wallet in advance, pay from it and use start/stop parking.
Invoices and receipts, automatically
Set up several billing profiles, personal and business. Park the company car in the morning and your own in the evening — nothing gets mixed up.

Vehicle garage
Save several registration numbers and park with any of them. Two cars? Enter both registration numbers at once and never worry about which one you are driving.
Gates, lifts and barriers from the app
Does the car park have a gate, a barrier or a car lift? Open it straight from the app.
Code for the space lock
Sometimes a car park is closed with a padlock. Once you have paid, you get the padlock code straight away and can park.

My space is taken
Unfortunately, someone without the right to park may drive in, or fail to leave the space on time. We cannot guarantee this will never happen. But we will help: we immediately show you a list of free spaces in that car park, so you can pick another one with a single click.
Multiple languages
The app works in Polish and English. German and Ukrainian are coming soon.
Mobile app
We plan to release a mobile app in the near future. With it, you will no longer need to sign in.
Inspector
The inspector role
Anyone can become an inspector after registering and being verified. A car park owner can also carry out inspections in their own car parks.
Registration number check
Checking is simple: you enter the registration number and the system tells you whether the vehicle may park there. If not, report the use without a contract and leave an additional parking fee notice under the front windscreen wiper.
Reporting unauthorised parking
It happens right within the check. A few clicks, the car park and the registration number — and it is done.
Issuing an additional parking fee notice
The inspector leaves a completed additional parking fee notice under the front windscreen wiper, which lets anyone who parked against the rules pay the fee quickly and easily.

Enter the address, mark the entrance on the map, say how many spaces you have and number them. A new car park takes just a few clicks.
Verification by ParkApp
Our staff check every submission before it is published, so that car park descriptions and details stay accurate and of high quality.
Setting your prices
Set a price for the first hour and for each following hour. Create hour packages at special prices (e.g. a 6-hour, daily or weekend package, and more). Subscriptions are coming soon.
Selling parking subscriptions
Someone wants a monthly subscription at your car park? Or parking Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:00? We will soon make that possible at your car park — if you want it.
Free ticket
Run a shop, a greengrocer, a hair salon or a clinic? Set a free parking period and your customers will take a free ticket — no account, no payment, no conversation with you. Once that time is up your rate kicks in, so drivers who never came to you either pay or park somewhere else. The spaces stay with your customers, and you do not have to move anyone on.
Availability calendar
Will the car park or some of its spaces be unavailable? Set one-off or recurring closures and accept no parking during them.
Opening hours
Is your car park closed at night? Add opening hours and accept no parking outside them.
Managing spaces
Give each space its features (e.g. covered, for disabled drivers, with a charger) and its dimensions.
A charger at your car park
Mark a space as having a charger and let users book that very space.
Photo gallery
Add as many photos of the car park as you can, so that users can get to know what you offer.
Ready-to-print signs
A car park must be signposted. You need a parking rules sign plus either a main sign (if the car park has no marked spaces) or a sign at every space. Download ready-made PDF templates from your account if you want to print them yourself, or buy the signs in the size and material you choose (PVC or metal) in the shop.
Owner dashboard
See the current occupancy and upcoming bookings in the app, and check whether someone is parking under an agreement or not.
Settlements and payouts
Once the bank account linked to your billing account is verified, your earnings are paid out to it.
Transparent ParkApp commission
ParkApp takes a 15% net commission on user payments.
Open lot mode
You can mark numbered parking spaces in your car park, which is more convenient for users. Or you can set the car park up as an “open lot” with no numbered spaces.
