You can extend your parking remotely
From now on, ParkApp users can extend a parking session directly in the app. Meeting running late? A few taps and your parking is sorted.
How does it work?
- Open the ParkApp app and go to your active parking session.
- At the top of the parking session details you will see two buttons:
- Extend by one hour
- Extend by two hours
- Confirm and pay for the extension — with BLIK or a card.
The new end time appears in the app straight away. No need to go back to your car, look for a parking meter or leave anything behind the windscreen.
Why can’t I extend by 15 minutes?
The minimum parking time in our system is always 1 hour.
Want to extend by a different amount of time?
Soon you will be able to extend by any amount of time.
Why does it matter?
Plans tend to change — a meeting runs long, the queue at the doctor’s grows, shopping takes longer. Instead of interrupting what you are doing, you extend your parking from your phone, wherever you are.
For car park owners
An extension is another payment for the same space, with no effort on your side. The driver pays in the app, and you see the revenue just like for any other session.
