How do you use a parking system?
Using the ParkApp system is simple, fast and calls for no specialist technical knowledge. The whole process was set up to take as much weight off the owner as possible and to keep the time needed to run it to a minimum.
1. Set up an account in the system
Registration takes place online and is free. You sign no contract, bear no activation costs and pay no subscription.
2. Add the parking lot’s location
You will enter the address details. You can set the number of available spaces, define the hours of availability and choose the rules for calculating charges.
3. Set the rates and the schedule
You can set one fixed rate or different prices depending on the day of the week or the hour. The system allows you to manage as many as five price lists a day. Charges are calculated automatically every 30 or 60 minutes.
4. Generate the parking lot’s signage
ParkApp provides ready-made templates for information boards and terms. You can download and print them yourself or order finished materials from ParkApp.
5. Provide a bank account
This is a necessary step for accepting payments. The system will transfer funds automatically after each transaction - less the commission (15% net), which covers all the costs of the service.
6. Start the parking lot
Once activated, the system runs entirely on its own. Drivers pay through the app, and you monitor everything from the administration panel. You can follow reports, issue invoices and analyze statistics.
7. Make use of automatic debt recovery
Where payment is missing, the system starts the debt recovery procedure on its own - without your involvement. ParkApp handles the whole process, including CEPiK, demands and the pursuit of claims.
How much does the ParkApp parking system cost?
Using ParkApp is free - there is no subscription, no activation fee and no fixed-term contracts. Setting up an account and managing the system generates no fixed costs whatsoever.
The only cost is the commission charged on the parking fees collected. It comes to 15% net (18.23% gross). Within that commission ParkApp covers:
- all the costs of maintaining the system,
- full legal and debt recovery services,
- the costs tied to electronic payments.
There are no hidden fees. The user has complete freedom - they can give up the service at any moment with no obligations.
