Parking service for companies – a practical approach to managing car spaces

It is possible to operate parking spaces without involving employees. This carries a huge benefit for companies. The ParkApp manages to take a practical approach to managing car spaces. Learn the most important information about it. Also check how the whole system works.

Why is automated parking for businesses important?

Automating the process of handling parking lots and parking spaces eliminates the typical problems associated with managing parking facilities – from lack of time to the complexity of paperwork.

The ParkApp system integrates full legal services, fiscal billing and collection support. And all this without having to involve the company’s employees. The app supports remote control of the barrier, collects cashless payments and automatically identifies non-paying drivers.

All activities related to the investigation of fees for unlicensed parking are carried out at the expense of the operator. With the exception of the standard CEPiK official fee (about PLN 30). In practice, this means completely relieving the parking lot owner of operational and legal responsibilities.

How does the parking space management system work?

Getting the ParkApp system up and running comes down to a few simple steps:

  1. account registration – the process is free and available online.
  2. seat configuration – the user specifies the number of available seats, rates (one fixed or up to five variable) and billing intervals (30 or 60 minutes).
  3. Ordering and installation of an information board – in a prominent place in the parking lot.
  4. Activation of payments – the first revenues can appear after just 48 hours.

The system collects payments via popular payment methods – card, BLIK, fast transfer – through the Tpay platform. ParkApp acts as a transaction intermediary. It issues payment confirmations and VAT invoices with the possibility of monthly collation.

All tax and formal issues are handled automatically. No need to settle accounts with the authorities yourself. The business owner does not have to participate in the process of enforcing charges against dishonest drivers – the application provides full legal support and ready-made document templates. The only cost associated with this remains a small CEPiK fee.

The system itself operates continuously without supervision. Monitoring, complaint handling, report generation and parking lot tagging are all integrated into a single platform.

The software is completely free – the company bears only a commission on the revenue generated (15% net / 18.23% gross). Any additional costs relate to printed materials, which can also be prepared in-house.
