How does legal support work?
ParkApp provides the entire set of documents necessary for the provision of services, also provides legal support, and fully takes over the process of searching for drivers who have not paid their parking fees, as well as investigating their dues. All this is done at ParApp’s expense, and you are only asked to cover the cost of the official fee of PLN 30.5 (querying the database of drivers and vehicle owners).
Is the application free?
Yes, the use of the application is completely free. We do not charge subscription fees.
Paid is, of course, parking! We charge a commission of 15% net (18.23% gross) on the fees earned. This fee includes all the costs of operating the system, legal fees, the cost of operating the electronic payment system.
In addition, printing materials printed by us are also paid, but you can prepare them on your own, using the templates / codes / and other elements of graphic identity provided for free.
